The Carmel Winter Games is a single-day competitive event designed to bring various local groups together for friendly challenges, primarily involving non-traditional games played on the ice. The day is divided into two main segments: the morning will feature the "Hometown Heroes" competition involving representatives from key city departments. The afternoon will open the floor to other community organizations. All activities, which include trike racing, human hungry hippo, and human curling.

Hometown Heroes Competition
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Ice at Carter Green
Details: City departments (Police, Fire, IT, and Engineering, potentially) will face off in specialized winter-themed challenges, expected to include a rotation of Trike Racing, Human Hungry Hippo, and Human Curling.
